FIRE AND SECURITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OR SYSTEMS SALES EXECUTIVE NEEDED FOR GROWING FIRE & SECURITY COMPANY.

CLIENT:

• The client is a financially successful fire and security business with a great reputation for having high standards and for looking after their employees. Their excellent period of growth and their plans to hit new heights have led them to search for a talented and driven fire and security business development manager or sales executive.

• The business development manager will be offered support and training, with targets and workload that fits around their current level of experience. There is the definite opportunity to develop into further roles based on the candidates attitude and competency.

ROLE:

• As a fire and security business development manager you will be responsible for coverting leads producing by the marketing team into new business.

• You will also be responsible for performing site surveys and assessing the necessary fire and security systems.

• Sites surveyed will almost all be commercial in nature, with clients ranging from big to small.

• The role involves traveling in and around London and up the M40 to Oxford.

• Working to agreed targets.

CANDIDATE:

• You must have experience selling either fire or security systems from a business management or sales executive position.

• If you have experience with both fire and security sales that be ideal.

• Any fire and security qualifications would benefit your application.

• You must be confident performing site surveys and be doing so in a current or recent position.

• You should be driven to achieve new records and to grow business.

• UK driving license is necessary.

PACKAGE:

• Salary of £40,000 – £65,000 – negotiable based on experience and current salary

• Uncapped commission scheme

• Big bonus schemes, with current employees making 30k+ in bonuses through hitting targets

• Car or car allowance depending on preference
