Salary: £33k-£50k+ – negotiable, DOE. Full training and regular CPD training, Vehicle, laptop and phone, Pension, holidays and overnight expenses

UP TO 50K AVAILABLE FOR FIRE RISK ASSESSOR WITH GROWING FIRE SAFTEY COMPLIANCE COMPANY.

CLIENT:

  • We are working with a successful and growing fire safety compliance company adding to their existing team of fire risk assessors. They have an excellent reputation and provide industry leading support for their employees.

ROLE:

  • An experienced Fire Risk Assessor will be performing assessments across a range of property types and locations. All assessments to be carried out on company software and there is an internal team to support assessor.
  • The majority of properties assessed will be Social Housing. Educational, Commercial, Universities and Student accommodation but not confined to these.
  • The role involves traveling in and around the UK and staying away overnight will be required at times

CANDIDATE:

  • You must have experienced with performing fire risk assessments. Ideally a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience is required.
  • You must have a Fire Safety and Risk Management, NEBOSH or FPA Fire Risk Assessment Qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working on social housing or high rise properties, healthcare and education would be beneficial but not essential to your application.
  • IFE registration would be beneficial to your application but is not essential.
  • You must be confident and capable at talking to residents and clients.
  • You must be looking to develop and work as part of a larger team.
  • Driver’s license is essential.

PACKAGE:

  • £33k-£50k+ – negotiable based on the experience of the candidate.

  • Pension, holidays (20 + bank holidays and a day for charitable use) and overnight expenses.
