SALES DIRECTOR NEEDED FOR GROWING NATIONAL COMPANY IN THE FIRE AND SECURITY INDUSTRY

ROLE
A sales director is needed to formulate strategies for an expanding fire and security business and to manage the sales teams.
Communicating and working alongside other senior management members to achieve success.
Ensuring that every aspect of sales from key account management to corporate integrated solutions to regional SME sales are succeeding across all targeted sectors.
Can be based anywhere within the UK with potentially one days travel each week.

CLIENT
The client is a large business growing strategically that is looking to position itself as a key player in the fire and security company in the UK.

CANDIDATE
Experience within the fire and security industry is a must have.
Ability to work well with other senior management and high-profile clients is necessary.
Must be able to manage multiple sales teams with unique strategies and targets for each.
Great track record of success in sales from a senior management position.
Must have a UK driving license.

PACKAGE

Previous industry systems worked with could include: fire safety systems, fire and security systems, electronic security systems, fire protection systems, fire alarms, fire suppression, fire extinguishers, sprinkler suppression systems, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, access control, CCTV, etc.
